About The Role

We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to define how our eKYC and regional Credit Bureau solutions are positioned, communicated, and taken to market. This role is responsible for turning product capabilities and customer outcomes into sharp messaging, strong narratives, and effective sales tools that resonate with specific segments and buying audiences. Reporting to Regional Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Product, Sales, and other team members in the Marketing team and play a key role in driving clarity, consistency, and momentum across our go-to-market efforts.

Product positioning and messaging

  • Develop clear product positioning, value propositions, and core messaging for defined product lines - eKYC and some regional Credit Bureau solutions
  • Translate technical and product features into customer-centric benefits and use cases
  • Maintain consistent messaging across decks, websites, brochures, and sales materials
  • Develop customer stories, case studies, and use-case narratives based on real outcomes
  • Translate customer results into measurable value statements for sales and marketing
  • Ensure consistent language and positioning across teams and regions

Go-to-market (GTM) execution

  • Define target segments, ideal customer profiles (ICP), and priority use cases for assigned products
  • Develop segment-specific positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Own the creation and adaptation of sales decks and GTM assets tailored to different ICPs and buyer audiences
  • Plan and support product and feature launches with segment-driven narratives and rollout strategies
  • Enable sales teams with clear guidance on which messages and decks to use for each segment

Sales enablement

  • Create and maintain sales assets such as sales pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, battle cards, FAQs, and demos
  • Partner with sales teams to understand objections, feedback, and win-loss insights
  • Support sales training sessions to ensure teams can confidently position and sell the product

Market and customer insights

  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform positioning and strategy
  • Gather customer feedback through sales, customer success, and research inputs
  • Track market trends and translate insights into actionable messaging improvements

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers to stay aligned on roadmap, features, and priorities
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, content, and demand-generation initiatives
