A Product Manager plays a crucial role in the development and management of a product

throughout its life cycle. They are responsible for defining the product strategy, conducting market

research, and gathering customer feedback to drive the product's direction. Additionally, a Product

Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams such as the Regulatory Department, Data

Analyst, Digital and Purchasing Department design, to ensure the successful execution of the

product road map.

  • Development, implementation and evaluation of the marketing strategy.
  • Analyze market data, identify emerging trends, and adapt the product strategy accordingly.
  • Development of a pool of specialists (Key Opinion Leaders) related to the products being

handled.

  • Liaise with the societies of the products being handled
  • Actively coordinates and guides sales teams on product communication and sales plans to

ensure satisfactory level of product.

  • Monitors product performance and makes data-driven decisions.
  • Manage inventory and work closely with the Regulatory Department for product planning

forecast, movement and ordering vis--vis MOQ.

  • Ensures proper budget allocation of projects, promotional materials, tactical which includes

relationship building activities, price offers, rebates, discounts and sample allocation.

  • Actively works across different functions to ensure all-the time availability of products in all

relevant channels.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product management is a MUST!
  • Genuine interest in product management is also a MUST!
  • Excellent in marketing, analytical, problem-solving skills, problem solving, time management,

and interpersonal skills.

  • At least 3 years general experience in the same position or higher position in another

pharmaceutical company.

  • At least 3 years specific experience in Forecasting, Budgeting, and Allocation.
  • Can handle 5 products or more.
  • Willing to be trained.
  • Four-year degree in any Business, Marketing or Medical Course.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and pleasing personality.
  • Proficient in MS office, Word, Excel & Power point.
  • Multi-media digital artistry is truly an advantage.
  • Team player.
  • Amenable to work onsite from Mondays-Fridays in Las Pinas City.

Working Conditions

  • Expected to lead customer segment-focused company events, conferences and gatherings
  • Amenable to work onsite from Mondays-Fridays in Las Pinas City
  • Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines on short notice.
  • Must possess ability to work successfully with teams in different departments and locations,

flexible and able to work well under pressure.

  • Capable of taking on and delivering project deliverables and results with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to conduct field work.
