Role Overview
- Product Life Cycle Management
- Leads the end-to-end product life cycle management of assigned brands/products, leveraging market data, consumer insights, research, and business intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Develops and executes go-to-market strategies and plans aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Proactively responds to emerging market trends, competitive activities, changing consumer needs, and other business opportunities or challenges.
- Drives the commercialization of new products, solutions, and initiatives, including post-launch evaluation and performance reviews.
- Monitors product performance and identifies opportunities to increase users, usage, market penetration, and overall brand performance.
Key Deliverable: Achieve sustainable sales/revenue growth and strengthen brand equity through increased users, usage, and market share.
- Brand Vision, Growth Strategy, and Architecture
- Leads the development and refinement of the brand vision, positioning, architecture, and short- and long-term growth strategies.
- Translates market and consumer insights into actionable brand strategies and innovation priorities.
- Develops the brand's annual and long-range plans, including the innovation roadmap.
- Leads and drives New Product Development (NPD) initiatives for assigned products, from concept development through commercialization.
Key Deliverable: Establish clear short- and long-term brand growth strategies and a robust innovation pipeline that supports sustainable business growth.
- Marketing and Campaign Plan Development & Execution
- Translates strategic priorities from the Brand Plan into integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs.
- Leads the end-to-end development and execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation and planning through implementation, monitoring, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Oversees marketing activities across relevant channels, including Above-the-Line (ATL), Digital, E-commerce, Trade, Below-the-Line (BTL), and Ethical/Professional channels, as applicable.
- Encourages responsible experimentation, innovation, and the generation and testing of new ideas to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates marketing strategies, plans, and expected outcomes.
- Synthesizes campaign results and key learnings and recommends opportunities for replication, optimization, and sustainability.
Key Deliverable: Deliver effective and commercially viable marketing campaigns that contribute to sales targets, consumer engagement, and sustainable brand equity.
- Business Planning, Integration, and P&L Management
- Leads business planning discussions with the Brand Team and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of commercial priorities and execution plans.
- Drives end-to-end business planning and management for assigned products, integrating marketing, demand and supply planning, financial considerations, and other relevant business requirements.
- Oversees resource allocation and evaluates the financial impact of brand strategies, programs, and initiatives.
- Optimizes the marketing mix to maximize brand performance and business returns.
- Identifies and pursues opportunities to improve cost efficiency, enhance business performance, and optimize brand profitability.
- Monitors business and financial performance and recommends corrective actions to ensure achievement of agreed targets.
Key Deliverable: Deliver the financial objectives of the assigned product/brand, including sales, revenue, profitability, and operating income targets.
- People Management and Development
- Provides clear direction, coaching, and support to direct reports to drive high performance and achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Brand or Product Management, with demonstrated experience in P&L ownership.
- Experience managing complex, multi-brand or multi-SKU portfolios is preferred.
- Background in FMCG and/or Pharma/OTC is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to develop brand strategies, execute integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Trade, and agencies.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience interpreting syndicated market data such as IQVIA and Nielsen and managing marketing investments and budgets.
