About The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager with strong technical understanding, practical AI exposure, cross-functional team experience, and knowledge of multiple industry domains to lead projects from kickoff to delivery, on time, on budget, and on target.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets with stakeholders, making sure plans are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across UI/UX design, frontend, backend, and mobile development, QA, DevOps, and business analysis, ensuring smooth handoffs and alignment at every stage.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of software and AI/ML projects (LLM integrations, chatbots, AI agents, automation), working closely with engineers, data scientists, and ML specialists.
• Understand each client's industry quickly and translate domain and compliance requirements into clear technical deliverables.
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors, including allocation, contract negotiation, and performance accountability.
• Run structured change control for scope, schedule, and cost, and proactively identify and mitigate technical, delivery, and AI-specific risks.
• Track project performance in JIRA or Azure DevOps and present regular status reports to management and clients.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive, transparent communication.
• Maintain complete and accessible project documentation, and use AI tools to make reporting and planning more efficient.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Manager on technology or software projects, with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, DevOps), with a clear understanding of how each function works and how to keep them in sync.
• Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong technical understanding of the SDLC, system architecture (APIs, microservices, databases), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD, with the confidence to join technical discussions and question estimates.
• Practical exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI projects, with an understanding of the AI lifecycle (data, model evaluation, deployment, monitoring) and its risks (privacy, bias, hallucinations, cost).
• Experience across multiple domains, such as FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, EdTech, Logistics, or SaaS, with the ability to learn new domains and their compliance standards quickly.
• Strong skills in risk and change management, vendor management, and stakeholder communication.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or an AI/cloud certification.
• Deep expertise in at least one industry domain.
