Job Description
About Us
Omega Healthcare Management Services® is an AI-driven healthcare solutions company that partners across the healthcare ecosystem to deliver breakthrough results by reimagining and elevating revenue operations.
With a global presence spanning four countries, our team of 30,000+ professionals collaborates with hospitals, physician groups and healthcare providers to streamline operations, improve financial performance and elevate patient care outcomes. We combine deep domain expertise, advanced technology and a customer-centric approach to deliver innovative, scalable healthcare support solutions.
About the Omega Digital Platform®
The Omega Digital Platform® is our agentic AI engine. It leverages adaptive intelligence to drive automation across the revenue cycle, complemented by deep human expertise, to optimise performance and deliver sustained financial and clinical outcomes.
The platform spans the revenue cycle end to end — patient access and eligibility at the front, documentation and coding integrity through the middle, and revenue recovery at the back — with a shared intelligence layer running beneath all three. Capability built once on the platform is available everywhere on it.
About CollectIQ
CollectIQ is the revenue recovery product of the Omega Digital Platform. It works the accounts receivable a provider has already earned but has not yet collected — denied, underpaid, unanswered and written-off claims.
Most denied revenue is recoverable, and most of it is never recovered. Not through poor execution, but because the cost of pursuing a claim frequently exceeds what it is expected to return. The binding constraint in back-end revenue cycle management is claim economics, not staff capacity. Adding people does not solve it; lowering the unit cost of a resolution does, because it makes previously unworkable inventory worth working.
CollectIQ is built on that premise. It is an orchestration product, not a workflow tool — and the distinction defines the work.
A workflow tool assumes the work is human, and exists to make a person faster at a task a person was always going to do. CollectIQ treats the human as one execution path among several — alongside autonomous agents, digital pathways, bots and voice — selected when the economics and the confidence support it. Every claim is assessed, valued, routed to the most efficient sufficient path, resolved, written back to the client system and reconciled, with outcomes feeding back to improve the next decision.
The product is delivered as AI plus human workforce: technology does the work wherever it can, and people take only what genuinely needs judgement. Because Omega performs this work at scale across a large provider base, CollectIQ learns from real resolution outcomes — an advantage very few organisations in this market are positioned to build.
Position
Position Title: Senior Product Manager – CollectIQ
Department: Product Management Group
Location: Hyderabad, India
Reports to: Associate Vice President – Product Management
Role Type: Individual contributor
You will own a product lane within CollectIQ — one or more categories of accounts receivable, taken from zero to one. You will define the problem, scope the solution, ship it with engineering, prove it at a client, and scale it. This is a builder's role, not a backlog-administration role.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy for your lane. Define the vision, roadmap and sequencing. Make build, buy and partner decisions and defend them with evidence.
- Lead discovery. Work directly with operations teams, clients and claims data to find where recovery economics break down. Translate ambiguous business problems into scoped, phased product bets.
- Define AI and automation capabilities end to end. Specify how work is detected, prioritised, routed, executed and closed — including where a human reviews, approves or overrides the system.
- Govern autonomy responsibly. Set confidence thresholds and escalation rules, design how overrides are captured, and expand automation on measured evidence rather than optimism.
- Write requirements engineering can build from. PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria grounded in real claim scenarios, with clear definitions of done.
- Define and instrument success metrics before the build. Own adoption, resolution quality, unit economics and business impact for your lane — and own building the measurement where it does not yet exist.
- Partner across functions. Work with engineering, data science, operations, implementation and client-facing teams from discovery through go-live and iteration. Run the agile cadence your team needs.
- Manage partner and vendor capabilities. Where we integrate rather than build, define the integration contract, the data terms and the performance bar.
- Communicate with clarity. Present direction, trade-offs, risks and results to senior leadership and clients — precise, concise and free of padding.
- Stay current. Track industry movement in revenue cycle automation, agentic AI and payer behaviour, and bring it back into the roadmap.
Requirements
7+ years of overall experience, with substantial time as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a product-led organisation. We are not setting an upper limit. What we assess is what you have built, not how long you have been building.
The differentiator is demonstrated 0→1 ownership — a capability you defined, shipped and grew from nothing into production use. Seniority beyond that is welcome and will be levelled accordingly.
Essential
- Proven track record of defining, building, launching and scaling products as an individual contributor.
- Experience with AI-enabled or data-driven products: identifying and prioritising automation use cases, partnering with data science and ML teams, and defining success metrics for AI features such as accuracy, adoption and business impact.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI-assisted workflows — automation, decision support, prioritisation and recommendation.
- Strong data fluency. You interrogate data yourself rather than waiting for a report. SQL or equivalent is a significant plus.
- Technical literacy sufficient to hold your own on APIs, data flows, integration patterns and system design. You need not be an engineer, but you must be credible with them.
- Fluency in agile product development — Scrum and Kanban — with sound judgement on scope and schedule trade-offs.
- Exceptional written communication. You will be assessed on a written product document, not a deck.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguity, with high ownership and a bias for action.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Preferred
- Product experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with exposure to accounts receivable, denials, appeals, underpayments or claim lifecycle workflows.
- Working understanding of payer adjudication behaviour, denial taxonomy and claim data standards.
- Awareness of responsible AI, data privacy, HIPAA and compliance considerations in healthcare environments.
- Experience with enterprise workflow platforms, analytics systems or orchestration products.
Healthcare domain experience is preferred but not required. We are equally open to strong product builders from other domains. We will teach the domain — we are not looking to teach product fundamentals.
