We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the advanced products: Vendor Assessment Community, Executive Communications and Content Aggregator products within our cybersecurity advisory and insights platform. Your focus will be on driving service performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and delivering continuous improvements that elevate customer value.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, Sales) to execute the product roadmap and ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge, effective, and aligned with evolving cybersecurity needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, (including 2+ as Product Manager, not Associate/Junior Product Manager), preferably in subscription products, advisory services and/or data driven insights.
- Proven track record of owning a product, service or portfolio and being accountable for performance and improvement.
- Ability to manage complex product initiatives involving cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity products
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of advanced services within our product platform, driving performance and customer value.
- Monitor product performance and usage metrics to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Work with Research to ensure content targets are consistently met.
- Define, document, and execute the product roadmap for advanced products in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, research, and sales to deliver enhancements and new capabilities.
- Ensure timely delivery of features and services through agile product development practices.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.
- Experience in Information Security or managing products targeted at CISOs is a must-have.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity terminology and familiarity with the financial services market is required.
