Product Manager

Job Summary

The Product Manager leads the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products that solve customer challenges and drive business growth. This role owns the product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap development to launch and optimization—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate is experienced in product management, Agile methodologies, and AI technologies, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI-enabled products.
• Lead product discovery, market research, and customer engagement to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
• Partner with engineering, design, AI, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Own product performance, including customer adoption, OKRs, ROI, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance customer value and operational efficiency.
• Present product strategies and recommendations to executive stakeholders and mentor junior product team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Product Management and Agile product development.
• Experience building or managing AI-enabled products; insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, product strategy, customer research, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours and travel up to 20%.
