Job Summary
The Product Manager leads the development and execution of data-driven digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The role manages budgets, optimizes performance across multiple channels and ensures strong ROI through continuous tracking and analysis, while ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
· Develop and execute digital marketing plans to support key banking products: savings accounts, cards, loans, mobile banking, etc. for both paid and organic efforts
· Align strategies with the Bank's digital transformation goals and BSP digital banking regulations.
· Localize content and campaigns to suit Filipino consumer behavior and stay relevant with the trends / digital landscape.
Performance Marketing
· Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google (Search & Display), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
· Drive customer acquisition (new-to-bank), app installs, deposits, and loan applications.
· Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, cost-per-lead (CPL), and conversion rates.
· Manage BMs of the Bank's different channels.
· Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and other external/internal social and BI tools.
· Present insights to internal stakeholders, highlighting customer behavior trends.
· Automate customer journey and conversion as necessary and integrate with digital banking platforms and third-party fintech tools for seamless CX.
· Prepare a monthly report (or as often as needed) for submission to the Division Head and Marketing Group Head.
Customer Lifecycle Marketing
· Manage digital touchpoints across the customer journey—from awareness to onboarding and retention.
· Run re-targeting, lookalike, and upsell campaigns using CRM data and pixel tracking.
· Collaborate with product and sales teams to support cross-sell and digital activation campaigns.
Media & Agency Management
· Manage relationships with media/digital agencies, influencers, content creators, and publisher networks
· Negotiate media buys and co-branded partnerships.
Innovation & Trend Monitoring
· Keep up with digital trends in PH like competitors promotions, transaction-based usage such as QR code usage and the like, partner-app integrations, and influencer banking campaigns.
Test and implement new digital formats (e.g., TikTok videos, AI chatbots, gamified promotions, etc).
Job Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, Media, Public Relations, or related field.
· With at least 2 years experience in digital marketing, campaign management, etc.
· Familiarity and usage of different platforms such as FB, Google, Twitter, IG, Tiktok, BM, GA, etc.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
· Adaptable and can work under pressure.
