Job Description

Responsible for the PnL of the product/s that he/she handles.
Sets direction for the product go-to-market with the strategic objective to generate revenues for the Company, while also leveraging strong software and digital product management skills.
Includes experience in designing and managing web/mobile applications, working closely with engineering and UX teams, and effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

Capability Requirements

Proven experience managing end-to-end digital products, preferably web and mobile applications.
Hands-on experience working with Agile or Scrum teams, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product release activities.
Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, UX, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Experience conducting product discovery activities, validating user needs, and translating insights into product features and enhancements.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

Strong understanding of digital product management and software development lifecycle principles.
Proficiency in creating and managing product backlogs, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Solid grounding in UX and UI concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively on user flows, wireframes, and design decisions.
Technical fluency in discussing system architecture, APIs, integrations, and technical constraints with engineering teams.
Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks and ceremonies.
Experience using product analytics and user behavior data to inform prioritization and product improvements.
Ability to define and track product KPIs to measure success and guide iteration.
