Job Description

  • Responsible for the PnL of the product/s that he/she handles.
  • Sets direction for the product go-to-market with the strategic objective to generate revenues for the Company, while also leveraging strong software and digital product management skills.
  • Includes experience in designing and managing web/mobile applications, working closely with engineering and UX teams, and effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

Capability Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital products, preferably web and mobile applications.
  • Hands-on experience working with Agile or Scrum teams, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product release activities.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, UX, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience conducting product discovery activities, validating user needs, and translating insights into product features and enhancements.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital product management and software development lifecycle principles.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing product backlogs, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Solid grounding in UX and UI concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively on user flows, wireframes, and design decisions.
  • Technical fluency in discussing system architecture, APIs, integrations, and technical constraints with engineering teams.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks and ceremonies.
  • Experience using product analytics and user behavior data to inform prioritization and product improvements.
  • Ability to define and track product KPIs to measure success and guide iteration.

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms and product requirements.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to break down complex technical or business challenges.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, features, releases, or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Curious, proactive, and innovation-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
