Product Manager

Job Description

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall company goals.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance using key metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Experienced in product management, preferably within a relevant industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and may be considered for the role.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user experience (UX) principles.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver products within deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be willing and able to work in BGC, Taguig on a hybrid arrangement
