Job Description
- Own the full lifecycle of card programmes from strategy to optimisation
- Drive customer acquisition, activation, and engagement initiatives
- Develop lifecycle and campaign strategies to boost product usage
- Manage P&L performance and identify sustainable growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, data, and operations teams
- Monitor key metrics and continuously optimise program performance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all product initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related queries
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in product management, growth marketing, or CRM roles
- Strong background in managing P&L and driving customer usage metrics
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience in digital-first industries (e.g. telco, e-commerce, multi-service digital platforms)
- Familiarity with tools related to CRM, analytics, and campaign management
