Position Title: Product Manager - Credit Card Rewards Manager

Job Summary:

• The Credit Card Rewards Manager is accountable for delivering portfolio outcomes across cardholder engagement, rewards utilization, customer value, and profitability. The role owns the end-to-end performance of rewards programs and related optimization levers, and is responsible for identifying, deploying, and optimizing initiatives that drive increased card usage, engagement, and cost efficiency. The role ensures that rewards programs are competitive, relevant, and financially sustainable by developing and executing strategies.

Qualifications:

• At least 5-10 years extensive experience in conceptualizing, developing and managing marketing strategies and sales programs from banking, telco, credit card/ financial institutions of FMCG company.
• Strong understanding of credit card business, rewards economics, and customer engagement drivers.
• Proven experience in designing and optimizing rewards programs, campaigns, and value propositions.
