Product Manager

Lhoopa is hiring two Product Managers to help scale the products and systems behind our housing platform.

This is a high-ownership product role in a business that is actively scaling. The roadmap will evolve as the company grows, and as we learn more from users, data, and business priorities.

You will need to be comfortable making decisions, working across teams, and turning practical problems into products people actually use.

Why this role matters

Homeownership is still out of reach for many low-income and minimum-wage Filipino families.

Lhoopa is working to change that by making affordable homeownership more accessible through technology, operations, and a wide network of partners on the ground.

For a Product Manager, that means the work is not abstract. The products and systems you build will help brokers, contractors, field teams, and internal teams move faster, work better, and support more families through the homeownership journey.

There are two roles open:

Applications Product Manager

You will work on platforms used by brokers, contractors, and field partners.

The focus is on improving product adoption, simplifying key workflows, and helping partners work more efficiently across different locations and working conditions.

Systems Product Manager

You will work on internal platforms and tools used by teams across the business.

The focus is on improving workflows, creating better visibility, reducing manual effort, and helping teams move with more speed and clarity.

Different products. Same goal: build useful solutions that improve how people work.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Growth, and Leadership to understand the problem, make the trade-offs, and build products that can scale.

What you'll work on

• Own product initiatives from discovery to delivery
• Understand user needs across partner-facing and internal platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption, workflows, visibility, and user experience
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements
• Prioritize features and improvements based on impact
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Growth, and Leadership
• Support product launches and adoption across the business
• Use feedback and data to guide product decisions
• Communicate product updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of product management experience
• Experience owning or scaling a mobile product, internal platform, marketplace product, operations tool, workflow system, or B2B SaaS product
• Background in logistics, fintech, ecommerce, marketplace, gig economy, field service, SaaS, or a scaling startup environment
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into usable product experiences
• Comfort using data, dashboards, analytics tools, or SQL to support product decisions
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

You'll do well here if

You are comfortable with changing priorities, practical constraints, and different stakeholder needs. You know how to listen to users, understand the business context, and make clear product decisions without waiting for everything to be perfectly defined.
