Job Description

Asaproductmanager,youwillplayacriticalroleinempoweringmoreandmoreuserstotelltheirownengagingstories.Youwillplayakeyroleinreachingouttostakeholders,bothinternalandexternal,to understandtheirneedsandgoalsinrelationtotheVyondplatform,aswellasinvolvethemintheoverallproductdevelopmentprocess.Workingwithinacross-functionalteam,youwillactastheVoiceoftheCustomer,providingactionableinsightsandsoundprioritization.Youwillalsoleadproductroadmapinitiativesandguidetheimplementationteam'sdecisionstodeliveroptimalvaluetothebusinessandcustomersfollowinganagilemethodologyandwithastrongfocusoninnovation.

Responsibilities

Maintaintheproductroadmapwithinthescopeofthecorrespondingcross-functionalteam

Uncover,craft,andpitchvalue-generatinginitiativesandexperimentstocontributetotheproductroadmap

Collectandprioritizeincomingstoriesandrequirementsfrominternalandexternalstakeholders

Leadbackloggroomingandoptimizebacklogtomatchtheteam'scapacity,takingintoaccountresourcesfromallfunctionsinvolved

Tracksprintanddevelopmentprogress,andaddressanyvelocityissuesorroadblocks

EstablishKPIsandsystematicallymeasurethesuccessofproductroadmapinitiatives

Setupregularupdatesandcommunicationtostakeholdersonprojectstatus, Leadteamdailies,weekliesandplanningmeetings

Requirements

Atleast3yearsorabovesoftwareproductmanagementexperiencefollowinganagilemethodology,withknowledgeofmobileproductdevelopment

Deeplyanalyticalapproachtouserbehavior,markettrends,and valueopportunities

GoodunderstandingofuserexperienceandexpertiseincommunicatingwithUXandUIdesigners
