TL AISA:
Graduate of 4 years Business course
3 - 5 yrs experience
Product knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication to explain product features and benefits. Strong analytical skills to identify product gaps and propose actionable solutions.
Experience in handling cusomter interactions and resolving product concerns. Relevant experiecne in product management, sales, marketing, or technical support.
Responsibilities
Product strategy and planning. Coordinate with principals / suppliers on new product launches, updates, and regulatory requirement. Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge, pricing strategies, and selling tools. Monitor sales performance, reagent consumption, and inventory levels for the immuno line. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with analysis and recommendations.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities. Define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with company goals. Develop business cases and jusify investments in new or enhanced products.
