Product Manager

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Marketing, or a related field

At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or a related industry

Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Gsuite)

Tech-savvy with experience in various digital tools and platforms

Familiar with CRM systems such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, or similar

Strong knowledge of the product design process

Familiarity with the product life cycle and its stages

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales forecast data

Visually creative with strong attention to detail

Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal skills; flexible and customer service-oriented

Good foundation in written and oral communication (composition, grammar, spelling)

Profit-driven mindset with cost-efficiency awareness

Open-minded and adaptable

Basic knowledge of food ingredients, food ingredient manufacturing, and food product

design
