Job Description

Strategic Planning & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase inbound tourism to the Philippines.
  • Identify new source markets and build B2B partnerships with overseas travel agents, DMCs, tour operators, and OTAs.
  • Attend international travel expos and trade fairs to promote the Philippines as a destination.

Product Development & Customization

  • Design and maintain compelling inbound travel packages (cultural, beach, adventure, wellness, eco-tourism, etc.).
  • Customize itineraries to meet the needs of various market segments (FIT, groups, MICE).
  • Ensure products are competitive and aligned with global travel trends.

Operations & Service Delivery

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inbound department, including reservations, logistics, and coordination.
  • Manage airport arrivals, local transportation, accommodations, tours, and other services.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with local hotels, transport operators, tour guides, tourism boards, and government agencies.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and maintain service-level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with local tourism regulations and safety standards.

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate the inbound team (sales and operations.
  • Set performance targets, monitor progress, and implement continuous improvement

Marketing Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote inbound travel packages across digital and offline channels.
  • Provide content and insights for destination marketing campaigns.

Reporting & Financials

  • Monitor budgets, pricing, profitability, and ROI of inbound programs.
  • Analyze market trends and submit regular reports to the management team.
  • Bachelors degree in Tourism, Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound tourism, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong network of international travel trade partners and Philippine tourism stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of Philippine destinations and tourism products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and tour management platforms.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Preferably residents of Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, Paranaque or nearby provinces or willing to relocate.
