Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the marketing and growth of our CNS portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, driving product performance, and building strong engagement with healthcare professionals to maximize market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans for CNS products
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Lead product lifecycle management, including launches, expansions, and optimization initiatives
- Design and execute promotional campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (e.g., neurologists, psychiatrists, internists)
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned execution
- Drive field force effectiveness through training, materials, and engagement strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and ROI of marketing activities
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably handling CNS or specialty products
- Proven track record in brand management and product launches
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling CNS therapeutic areas (e.g., neurology, psychiatry)
- Familiarity with ethical promotion and regulatory requirements in pharmaceuticals
- Exposure to KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement and scientific promotions
- Background in digital marketing and omnichannel campaigns
