What You'll Be Doing
- Identify, propose, and validate new features to continuously improve card and offline products
- Lead pre-release and post-implementation testing, including UAT, live testing, and regression testing, to ensure production-ready quality
- Design, document, and maintain test cases, securing timely stakeholder sign-off
- Provide real-time updates on testing progress, proactively escalating risks and blockers
- Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation covering test cases, results, and defect management
- Plan and manage test schedules, including resource needs, environment setup, and configurations
- Own delivery timelines, highlighting risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early
- Translate business and product requirements into executable test scenarios
- Create training materials and conduct feature briefings to enable business teams ahead of launches
- Support additional fintech initiatives and product rollouts as needed

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience working with card products or payment-related features
- Strong understanding of card transactions, fulfillment, and lifecycle flows
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a strong quality and risk mindset
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, fintech or digital-first environment where priorities evolve quickly
