Job Description

The Product Manager will support the Business Unit Manager and management team in developing and managing products. Their responsibilities include:

  • Marketing and Advertising: Developing and executing marketing and advertising plans.
  • Market research: Conducting research to understand customer needs and market trends. Providing competitive analysis by reviewing competitors products to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Product strategy: Developing strategies for product development and marketing based on research and analysis
  • Project management: Coordinating projects to ensure products are delivered on time
  • Inventory management: Monitoring inventory and working with supply chain to ensure products are available.
  • Reporting: Generating reports and analysis on marketing promotions and performance indicators.
  • Advertising & Promotions Budgeting: Development and monitoring of advertising and promotion spending.
  • P&L management: Managing the overall P&L of the assigned brands to ensure profitability.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years experience in related field (marketing, advertising, product management, or sales)
  • Knowledge in Beauty/Personal Care preferred
  • B2B experience dealing with retailers in the Philippines is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in Adobe Suite
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
