Role Overview
We are seeking Senior Technology Product Managers who can drive impactful, highvelocity product development across our digital banking ecosystem. The ideal candidate has deep fintech or similar experience, strong technical intuition, and a track record of shipping consumer-facing digital products endtoend. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role suited for individuals who can operate autonomously, make data-driven decisions, and immediately contribute value.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research, customer discovery, competitor analysis, and behavioral insights to identify opportunities.
Execution & Delivery
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery MVP launch iteration scaling.
- Create detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Collaborate tightly with engineering, design, operations, risk, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use data to validate hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, optimize funnels, and improve product performance.
- Design experiments (A/B tests), evaluate results, and iterate quickly.
Technical Fluency
- Work closely with engineering and architecture teams; understand API-based ecosystems, integrations, and system constraints.
- Make informed tradeoffs based on engineering complexity, performance, and scalability.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Manage stakeholders across multiple functions, including US and Philippines teams.
- Communicate product goals, updates, and results clearly and effectively to senior leadership.
- Champion customer experience and drive alignment across the organization.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 712+ years in Product Management, including 4+ years in fintech, digital financial services or similar industries.
- Proven track record of launching successful digital banking/fintech products (deposits, lending, cards, payments, investments, or related).
- Strong D2C background with expertise in customer journeys, activation funnels, conversion optimization, and retention.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or global banks with digital product orgs.
- Exposure to US or international markets.
- Experience working with cross-border engineering teams.
- Former founders, senior PMs, or product leads managing multiple squads.
