The Product Manager will support the Business Unit Manager and management team in developing and managing products. Their responsibilities include:
- Marketing and Advertising: Developing and executing marketing and advertising plans.
- Market research: Conducting research to understand customer needs and market trends. Providing competitive analysis by reviewing competitors products to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
- Product strategy: Developing strategies for product development and marketing based on research and analysis
- Project management: Coordinating projects to ensure products are delivered on time
- Inventory management: Monitoring inventory and working with supply chain to ensure products are available.
- Reporting: Generating reports and analysis on marketing promotions and performance indicators.
- Advertising & Promotions Budgeting: Development and monitoring of advertising and promotion spending.
- P&L management: Managing the overall P&L of the assigned brands to ensure profitability.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years experience in related field (marketing, advertising, product management, or sales)
- Knowledge in Beauty/Personal Care preferred
- B2B experience dealing with retailers in the Philippines is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in Adobe Suite
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
