Job Description
The Product Manager for Corporate and Cash Management is responsible for driving the performance, growth, and strategic development of assigned products in alignment with the Bank and Transaction Banking Group FPSS objectives. This role ensures product competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned corporate and cash management products
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to enhance product value
Develop short and long-term product strategies aligned with business goals
Prepare and update product documentation, pricing, and operational guidelines
Ensure regulatory and internal compliance for product offerings
Monitor product usage, feedback, and cost efficiency to inform enhancements
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and third-party providers to promote product adoption
Conduct product training and support internal teams on new features and updates
Oversee product communications and ensure timely release to stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in product management, sales, or marketing within the banking industry
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Proficient in interpreting data and financial metrics
Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving
Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal
