We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to manage multiple niche application portfolios and deliver innovative solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to ensure successful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and understand evolving requirements.
- Develop and maintain a regional product plan covering development, resource needs, and upcoming projects.
- Oversee technical documentation for applications, services, and integrations.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including scope, design, and delivery for BAU and approved projects.
- Act as Product Owner in Agile Scrum teams, ensuring effective prioritization and backlog management.
- Collaborate with architects on technical direction and integration strategies.
- Ensure alignment with global technology strategy and security standards.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain high-quality documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory: Strong/excellent communication skills.
- Technical documentation experience.
- Technical knowledge (requirements gathering, flow charts).
- Day-to-day collaboration experience with cross-functional teams.
- Behavioral: stakeholder management, commitment, work ethics, team player, passionate, proactive.
- Knowledge of modern software development (end-to-end); cloud experience is an advantage.
- Insurance (non-life) domain experience preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple product portfolios.
- 35 years of relevant experience.
Technical Expertise
- Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and hybrid delivery methods.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps environments.
- Understanding of technical requirements, flowcharts, and UI design principles.
