  • Lead and coordinate integration projects with various ecosystem partners for the SeaBank app
  • Own and continuously improve the app's user experience based on business and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and present business requirements to business and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Prepare the business requirements document and present it to business and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute test cases for new features; identify, track, and resolve issues with the regional Product Team.
  • Support Production Support Teams and other Product Managers in configuring app UI settings via backoffice systems.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for app functionalities, preparing and delivering training sessions to operational teams.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge management articles are updated accurately based on new features and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other similar fields
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Product Management or other related roles (Systems, Business Analyst, Product Testing)
  • Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
  • Good analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
