About the Role
We're looking for a Product Management Operations Leader to help scale and operationalize our product organization. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Go‑to‑Market teams, this role ensures we have the processes, tools, and insights needed to execute effectively across the full product lifecycle. You'll partner closely with Product leadership to bring structure to planning, improve execution predictability, and increase visibility into product performance.
What You'll Do
- Build and continuously improve processes across the product lifecycle—from intake through delivery and iteration
- Standardize roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution workflows
- Own and optimize product management tools (Aha! preferred, plus Jira, Confluence)
- Define and track product KPIs, building dashboards for real‑time visibility
- Manage enhancement/idea intake processes and ensure consistent evaluation and prioritization
- Align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around roadmap priorities
- Create playbooks, templates, and best practices to improve PM effectiveness
- Train and onboard product team members on tools and processes
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or similar roles
- Hands‑on experience with product management platforms
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end product lifecycle management and Agile environments
- Proven track record of building and improving cross‑functional processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with product and delivery metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in US Insurance - Property and Casualty (P&C)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager or Functional PM
- Background in B2B SaaS or vertical software
- Insurance / P&C domain knowledge
- Experience working with distributed teams (US + offshore)
- Familiarity with OKRs, roadmap planning, and product strategy execution

Work Setup / Arrangements
