About the Role
As a Product Management Officer, you will assist the Treasury Product Head in managing and developing existing and new products to match market requirements and grow the bank's Treasury product portfolio. They will cover a wide range of treasury solutions, including foreign exchange, fixed income, money market instruments, derivatives, liquidity, hedging, and investment products. These products may cater to corporate, institutional, wealth & non-wealth retail clients, as well as the bank's proprietary risk-taking and hedging activities. This role requires close collaboration with Sales & Trading, ALM & Balance Sheet, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams to deliver competitive, customer-centric solutions that drive profitability and market share.
How you'll contribute
- Assist in managing and reviewing existing products of Treasury on a periodic basis. This will include amending manuals and procedures when the need arises, checking and verifying management profitability report from Fincon, and monitoring actual profit and loss performance of these products
- Assist in developing, structuring and introducing new products required by Sales and Trading to address market trends and client requirements. This will include preparing manuals and procedures and coordinating the necessary approvals to launch and implement such products or new variations of existing products.
- Assist the Treasury Product Head in partnering with Sales and the various Relationship segments (WBS, BBS, RBS, Wealth) to deliver tailored treasury solutions and enhance client experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and macroeconomic factors to identify opportunities to sell the various Treasury products of the bank. Prepare marketing/sales pitches and training to assist the various segments of the bank in selling these treasury products.
- Coordinate with regulators for clarification or approvals of the products/ processes contemplated on to ensure full regulatory compliance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and global treasury risk standards.

What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of work experience in related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mathematics / Statistics, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Marketing, Industrial, Computer Science/Information Technology
- Knowledge of: 1) Treasury markets, which include foreign exchange, fixed income, and derivative products; 2) product development process and project management process; 3) knowledge on data processing/spreadsheet tools/analytics and business intelligence tools
- Good oral and written communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse sales team covering various client segments (WBS, BBS, RBS), and the various support teams like Compliance, IT and Risk Management, Fincon.
