Overview
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful Product Management Intern to support our product team over a six-month internship. This role offers hands-on experience in various aspects of product management, including requirements management, product research, validation, testing, and cross-functional coordination, contributing to the overall success of the product team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business and user requirements
- Maintain and update requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct market and user research to validate new feature ideas
- Assist in designing and executing product tests, usability studies, and pilot programs
- Collect and analyze feedback data to inform product decisions
- Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and timelines
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and communicate progress updates
- Help prioritize backlog items and prepare sprint planning materials
- Contribute to competitive analyses, product roadmaps, and go-to-market plans
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Management, Marketing, Organizational Communication, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and go-getter attitude—ready to dive in and solve problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Prior exposure to or experience in a tech startup environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Interest in product management and technology trends
- Experience with data analysis and feedback collection methods
