Position: Product Management Head (CASA)

Job Summary:
Responsible for the planning, development, execution, marketing and growth of assigned products. Defines the product vision; works closely with IT, sales, marketing and control units to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction are met while meeting regulatory requirements and addressing identified risks. Oversees other Product Managers and/or Product Assistant.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Owns and manages the Bank's deposit products (savings and checking), including digital onboarding and digital value propositions
- Defines product strategy, roadmap, and financial targets; prepares and endorses product concepts, proposals, service descriptions, and business cases
- Oversees product development and enhancements, including RSC endorsement, documentation review, and coordination with IT on requirements and timelines
- Ensures regulatory and policy compliance by working closely with Risk, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and BSD, including agreement review and committee approvals
- Leads product pricing using market research, cost analysis, and volume forecasts
- Drives product launch, marketing, and promotions in coordination with Marketing; defines communication objectives and ensures materials are current
- Partners with distribution channels to support product adoption; conducts product training for frontliners and support units
- Monitors product performance and profitability, prepares competitive and market analysis, and provides regular management updates
- Manages and oversees the performance and deliverables of Product Managers
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5–6 years of senior experience in product management, preferably in deposit or CASA (Current Account/Savings Account) products within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps, including product pricing, financial planning, digital onboarding, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams of Product Managers or Assistants, and effectively coordinating across business units including IT, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with external partners, regulators (e.g., BSP), and internal committees to drive product development and approvals.
- Demonstrated ability in market analysis, product performance monitoring, and execution of promotional campaigns to ensure product profitability and growth.
