The Product Management Division Head is responsible for product lifecycle, both new and existing products, including compliance to the Product Approval and Review Policy of the Bank and development of the Operational Policies and Procedures Manuals (OPPMs).
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Financial Markets (Trading or Sales: FX, Fixed Income or Derivatives)
- Experience in product development in a financial institution a plus
- Certification Treasury Professional: FX and FI (Treasury Certification Program) preferred
- Fixed Income Salesman License (SEC) - preferred
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge on financial products, financial concepts, derivatives, and investments.
- Has apt knowledge of Bank policies and banking regulations.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge in computer programming, VBA an advantage.
