About the Role

As Product Management and Development Head, you will be responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and overall management of credit card products to ensure profitability and market competitiveness. This role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, implementation, and continuous improvement, while managing day-to-day operations to meet customer needs and deliver superior experiences. The position ensures strict adherence to governance standards and regulatory requirements, proactively identifies and mitigates risks, and aligns product strategies with business objectives to support sustainable growth.

How you'll contribute

  • Drive the development of new product features and improvements for existing card offerings, overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Adapt product strategies and tactics to market changes, customer feedback, and shifting business goals
  • Develop, maintain, and regularly update product manuals, process guidelines, and operational documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams and other necessary stakeholders
  • Leverage market research and data analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Lead and manage product development projects, ensuring resources, timelines, and budgets are effectively managed

What we're looking for

  • With at least 8-10 years of product management and development, preferably within credit card or financial services
  • Has strong knowledge of end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
  • Has strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools to generate actionable insights
  • Has proficiency in leveraging market research and data analytics to drive product decisions.
  • With proven leadership and collaboration abilities, working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver superior customer experiences
