About the Role

The Product Implementation Associate is responsible for developing impactful collaborations for card offers that drive key business metrics, including acquisition, spending, reduced attrition, and integration into the loyalty platform.

The role is also responsible for developing marketing plans to drive usage, engagement, loyalty, and reduced attrition using existing CVPs, as well as developing and implementing card upgrade and migration initiatives.

The associate will spearhead on-ground activations, including leading the creation, planning, and execution of promotional and experiential campaigns.

How You'll Contribute

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Brand and Design, Digital Marketing, and Corporate Communications to identify effective ad placements and execute go-to-market plans
  • Ensure timely and accurate Viber and SMS broadcasts (generic and personalized), as well as other communication materials
  • Collate and maintain a centralized repository for all communication materials, including marketing collaterals
  • Monitor and manage the communication budget

What We're Looking For

  • With 2 to 5 years of experience in product implementation, project management, or program delivery within financial services or credit card products
  • Graduate of Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or Mass Communications
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software; experience in e-commerce, web design, and copywriting is an advantage
  • Ability to work across a wide range of media (e.g., social media, digital platforms, and traditional channels)
  • Knowledgeable in credit card products and services, as well as related financial and non-financial processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
