Position: Product Head-Installment

Office Location: UB Square, Quezon City

Job Summary: The Product Head-Installment leads the Credit Card Installment Products team and manages the end‑to‑end lifecycle of installment loan products, including origination, refinancing, and portfolio optimization. It evaluates product and portfolio performance using financial and risk metrics such as amortization schedules, cash flow projections, and delinquency reports. The position drives product enhancements through market analysis, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking. It also ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to loan documentation, disclosures, and risk mitigation.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Revenue Ownership & Growth Strategy
    • Own and deliver revenue targets for Credit Card Installment Loans for the Cards and Loans base.
    • Develop and execute product strategies that drive sustainable growth, customer value, and profitability.
    • Monitor portfolio performance and identify levers to improve yield, penetration, and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Lead pricing strategy, product positioning, and campaign planning in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
  • Credit Card Installment Products
    • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of installment loan products, including origination, refinancing, and portfolio optimization.
    • Evaluate loan performance using tools such as amortization schedules, cash flow projections, and delinquency reports.
    • Recommend product enhancements based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies related to loan documentation, disclosures, and risk mitigation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Tech, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Sales, etc.
    • Conduct regular governance reviews and performance updates with senior management and partners.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards across all product lines.
    • Champion process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Market Intelligence & Innovation
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in consumer lending and insurance.
    • Identify new market opportunities and develop business cases for product expansion or innovation.
    • Benchmark against industry best practices and incorporate learnings into product strategy and execution.
Qualifications

  • 8+ years product management leading consumer lending / credit card products with full ownership of strategy, roadmap, and P&L
  • Data‑driven, customer‑centric leader improving NPS, adoption, activation, and unit economics
  • Strong execution & influence, leading PMs and partnering with tech, design, marketing, ops, and compliance
  • Deep fintech & regulatory exposure across credit cards, installments, payments, BNPL, and merchant ecosystems
  • Commercial, technical, and entrepreneurial mindset with API fluency, partner negotiations, and embedded finance experience
