JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible in leading the Product Management team with a focus on enhancing the definition and growth of the product in its market.
- Responsible in guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it.
- The primary driver of the group's vision; overseeing the development and management of the product's roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision.
- They are product experts with a powerful capability to make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analyses.
- Responsible in ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals
- Oversees respective products Profit/Loss, handles product pricing and control.
- Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses
- Responsible for strategic partnerships and lead necessary contract negotiations.
- Monitors monthly sales progress and closely coordinates with sales team on how to achieve targets.
- Maintains product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Oversees the roles of juniors in the product management department, that is the; Product Owners and Product Managers. The Product Head constantly ensures that the functions of these positions are properly and effectively being executed.

Education, Licenses and Certificates
- Graduate of a four (4) year baccalaureate course Bachelor's degree in Office/Business Administration, Business Management and/or other related courses
Relevant Experience
- At least three (3) years work experience as a Product Manager
