About the Role
The Product Development Specialist is responsible for developing and enhancing ICT solutions across Connectivity, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services. This role involves leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept creation, market research, and design to launch and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will use a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and creativity to deliver innovative, competitive, and customer-focused ICT products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new ICT products and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demand.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and feasibility studies to launch, pricing, and continuous improvement.
- Formulate strategic pricing models and programs to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and technology trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Operations, and Finance) to ensure seamless product execution.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, contracts, and proposals as part of the development process.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, customer feedback, and market trends for future enhancements.
- Drive innovation and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organization's product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in project management and contract handling, preferably within the ICT industry.
- Strong understanding of ICT domains such as Connectivity, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
- Proven experience in product creation, development, or lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
