Product Development Specialist

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Location: Quezon City

Salary Range: 30,000 to 40,000

Responsibilities:

Product Research: Research new product ideas, trends, and opportunities based on customer needs and market demand, in alignment with direction from the CEO.

Product Roadmap & Buying Support: Develop product roadmaps and buying proposals, including product concepts, target pricing, and timelines; coordinate closely with the Product Designer to ensure feasibility and alignment.

Sample Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate with suppliers to manage samples, revisions, and timelines until approval; ensure all samples are properly cataloged and supporting documentation is complete and accurate.

Quality Control & Sample Evaluation: Evaluate samples for quality, fit, and functionality; gather cross-functional feedback and work with suppliers to resolve issues prior to bulk production.

Product Data Setup: Enroll approved products in the ERP system and provide complete, accurate product data and photos, in coordination with the Product Designer, to enable downstream teams to prepare items for sale.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years experience in product development, merchandising, or sourcing (retail or e-commerce).
• Experience conducting product research and identifying new product opportunities
• Ability to build product roadmaps and buying proposals, including concepts and target pricing.
• Hands-on experience coordinating product samples and revisions with suppliers
• Ability to evaluate samples for quality, fit, and functionality with cross-functional input.
• Experience maintaining product documentation and approvals.
• Experience setting up new products in an ERP system, including product data and images.
• Strong coordination skills with Design, Purchasing, Operations, and Marketing.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; ERP experience required.
