Your Role:

The Account Development Manager (ADM) focuses solely on driving sales growth—specifically cross-selling and upselling—within an assigned group of clients or cluster. This role utilizes the deep relational understanding provided by Account Managers to successfully manage the sales cycle and finalize expansion agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Ownership: Drive the full sales cycle for expansions within your assigned portfolio—from initial interest to contract signature.
  • The Insight Converter: Collaborate daily with Account Managers (AMs) to identify hidden client needs and transform them into formal business cases and proposals.
  • Commercial Pitching: Lead high-impact presentations to client stakeholders, demonstrating how adding headcount or new service lines with us will solve their business problems.
  • Deal Architecting: Work with Finance and IT to scope out pricing models (Cost-per-seat, FTE-based) and ensure expansions are both competitive for the client and profitable for us.
  • Velocity Management: Keep the momentum going. Your goal is to shorten the sales cycle between identifying a need and onboarding new HC.

Who You Are

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services in the BPO/BPM sector, specifically in a role where you were measured by revenue growth or sales targets.
  • The Persuader: You have a commercial nose and can influence client decision-makers to invest further in their partnership with us.
  • BPO Savvy: You understand the unit economics of a BPO—you know what EBITDA, Gross Margin, and Seat Utilization mean.
  • Collaborative Hunter: You know how to work with Ops teams to get the data you need without disrupting daily delivery.
  • Tech-Fluent: Proficient in CRM and a master at building financial proposals in Excel/PowerPoint.
