The position is primarily responsible for leading the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of Cebuana Bank's digital platforms including the eCebuana mobile app, e-money services, and other digital banking solutions.
The position is also responsible for driving digital product innovation, operational alignment, and customer-centric service delivery that supports the bank's long-term growth and digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities:
- Sets and execute the long term vision for digital banking platforms in alignment with the bank's business strategy.
- Defines and manages the Cebuana Bank's digital platformsincluding the eCebuana mobile app, e-money services, corporate internet banking, and digitalization initiatives for traditional banking products and services.
- Develops business cases, pricing strategies and o-to-market plans for new digital products.
- Ensures product compliance with BSP, AMLA, and internal governance standards across all digital and transactional product offerings.
- Leads the development and enhancement of digital products such as e-wallets, digital deposits, and mobile-based loans.
- Oversees the full product lifecyclefrom concept and design to implementation and continuous improvement.
- Uses data analytics, market research and customer feedback to optimize product performance.
- Recommends plans, programs, budget, and performance targets of the team.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities in the department to reach maximum level of employee productivity throughout the workforce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year course, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering. Preferably with Master's degree in a related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in product management within the banking or financial services industry, with at least three (3) year in leadership or managerial capacity.
