What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Product Costing and Pricing Analyst, working onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll manage product costing, pricing, and profitability analysis while optimizing cost structures, supporting quoting strategies, and partnering cross-functionally to drive financial accuracy, uncover efficiencies, and sustain profitability through data-driven decisions.

Salary: Up to PHP 80,000

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred but not required)
  • 57 years of accounting or manufacturing finance experience is an advantage
  • 35 years experience in costing, COGS, or cost-of-goods analysis required
  • Strong experience in formula or manufacturing costing, including COGS, BOMs, PPV, system costing, and margin analysis
  • Proven ability to analyze profitability, pricing strategies, and margin improvement, including comparing quoted vs delivered prices
  • Advanced Excel skills (costing models, scenario analysis, large data sets); proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working heavily with ERP-exported data, supplier quotes, and pricing inputs (ERP experience a plus)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; confident working with rates, ratios, percentages, and complex calculations
  • Experience supporting quoting and pricing decisions, adjusting strategy based on customer risk, volume, and order size
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Account Management
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication for internal coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Proactive problem-solver who enjoys optimizing numbers, questioning assumptions, and improving processes
  • High integrity, grit, flexibility, and a hands-on mindset aligned with a collaborative, ownership-driven culture

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Oversee company production costs, including setting and monitoring standard costs, researching operational variances, and identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies
  • Help lead product pricing, quoting, and financial modeling tools and processes
  • Develop strong understanding of product input costs and help improve costs through vendor engagement and negotiation
  • Monitor and track material costs and purchase price variances for all production inputs
  • Develop detailed understanding of COGS, including BOM and router development, maintenance, and periodic updates
  • Leverage collaborative relationships with accounting, business leaders, and executives to identify metrics and KPIs supporting Sales, Quality, and Operations
  • Establish structured processes to analyze and review pricing and profitability regularly and on an ad hoc basis
  • Support ad hoc financial and operational analyses to ensure timely course correction of resources
  • Perform duties in compliance with company policies, safety, SOPs, and GMPs
  • Ensure health and safety are priorities by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes, and acting in a safe manner
  • Set improvement goals and drive continuous improvement processes as needed
  • Support quoting and pricing for new opportunities, adjusting strategy based on customer risk and volume
  • Perform profit and system costing analysis, comparing new prices versus delivered prices and other cost data
  • Work heavily in Excel using data exported from the ERP and supplier quotes
  • Pull supplier quotes from email, save as PDFs, and attach back into the system
  • Build and update costing models for formulas and finished goods
  • Run different order quantity scenarios and recommend optimal approaches over a year
  • Compare new prices versus delivered prices for system costing and profit checks
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Account Management on price breaks, pack sizes, and excess inventory risk
  • Solve problems and optimize order quantities and pricing strategies
  • Apply strong math skills creatively; approach numbers with flexibility and attention to detail
  • Ask the right questions, get involved, and maintain a relentless positive approach
  • Demonstrate high integrity, flexibility, and grit
  • Align with company culture, emphasizing integrity, grit, flexibility, and proactive communication
  • Perform other duties as assigned
