Job Description

We are looking for a Product Consultant for HRIS Sales and Solutions to promote and sell People Navee, a homegrown all-in-one HRIS solution that streamlines payroll, employee management, timekeeping, and attendance.

You will handle the full sales cycle, from lead engagement and product demonstrations to proposal development, closing, and post-sales support, helping companies improve and digitize their HR processes.

We are also hiring Cebu-based candidates. Selected hires will undergo 3 to 6 months of training in Manila, followed by deployment in Cebu.

Duties And Responsibilities

Sales activities and client engagement

  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities for People Navee HRIS
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand HR workflows, compliance needs, and business challenges
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including proposal, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers

Solution consulting and product expertise

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of People Navee HRIS features such as payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee data
  • Translate business requirements into system-based solutions and value propositions
  • Position People Navee as a scalable HRIS platform for various industries
  • Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility

Market and product knowledge

  • Stay updated on HR trends, labor compliance, and HR technology
  • Analyze competing HRIS platforms and identify differentiators
  • Identify opportunities for HR digital transformation across industries

Sales targets and business development

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

Networking and partnerships

  • Participate in business events and networking activities
  • Build relationships with professionals and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Post-sales support and client success

  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation handover
  • Provide post-sales support and follow-ups
  • Support long-term client retention and account growth

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Experience in HR, HRIS, payroll systems, SaaS, or IT sales is an advantage
  • Exposure to HR processes and systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, timekeeping, and employee management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate HR requirements into system solutions
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Proficient in Business English

Location and Work Setup

  • Willing to do fieldwork and be assigned within or outside Metro Manila
  • Willing to undergo training in Quezon City for 3 to 6 months
  • Willing to be deployed in Cebu after training
  • Open to applicants based in Cebu or willing to relocate
