This full-time role is based inMakati Cityon a full-time on-site work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and plans for product development, aligning them with Company goals and market demands;
- Manage floral and non-floral assortments for FlowerStore and Potico;
- Develop and understand new and current trends within the gifting category;
- Work with a team of commercial associates, product developers, graphic designers;
- Work alongside with Procurement Team in sourcing suppliers to achieve best quality and prices for existing and new products;
- Collaborate with Marketing Team on sales campaigns and promotions;
- Manage product onsite in web and in mobile app based on commercial data; and
- Other tasks that may be assigned to fulfill the duties and responsibilities above.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in dynamic, growth-focused industries (e-commerce, startup) is preferred;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Design or any related field;
- Result-oriented, fast paced profile comfortable with working under pressure;
- Exceptional business judgment and critical thinking;
- Advanced analytical skills.
