This is a full-time, on-site Producer role based in Manila. The Producer will oversee and manage video production projects from concept to completion while working closely with creative teams and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing production plans, coordinating with various departments, managing project timelines, ensuring content quality, and supervising the end-to-end production process. Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills will be key to ensuring seamless project execution.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to oversee multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience in video production and post-production, with knowledge of equipment, editing tools, and production workflows.
• Creative thinking and storytelling abilities to develop engaging content that aligns with client objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation for media and production projects.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Relevant experience in media, production, or a related field; a degree in film, media production, or communications is a plus.
