Procurement Team Lead

This is a full-time on-site role located in Paraaque for a Procurement Team Lead. The Procurement Team Lead will oversee the procurement process, including purchasing and supplier management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, conducting cost analyses, and driving cost efficiency. The role also involves leading and mentoring the procurement team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Strong expertise in Procurement, Purchasing, and supplier management processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Strategic Planning abilities
• Demonstrated proficiency in Team Leadership and motivating cross-functional teams
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment is preferred
• Proficiency in procurement or ERP software is a plus
