As a Procurement Support Analyst, you will be a key operational resource supporting our Sales Representatives/Expense Advisors. You'll handle essential functions such as data analysis, vendor/member coordination, onboarding, and process execution, ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and client satisfaction.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9pm-6am PHT (9am-6pm US EST)
Type: Full-Time, In-Office - Davao City
Role and Responsibilities:
• Conduct data research, entry, standardization, and analysis.
• Analyze spend across multiple product/service categories.
• Identify and assess vendors, contracts, and cost-saving opportunities
• Liaise with sales reps/expense advisors, vendors & other stakeholders.
• Assist with new member onboarding, rostering, vendor account setup, contract activations, processing credit applications, and price activations.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for member requests.
• Submit contract activations through vendor/GPO portals and track the progress till completion.
• Manage workflows and requests through Salesforce CRM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with rostering, vendor accounts, pricing/contract discrepancies.
• Prepare analysis, presentation files, and reports.
• Manage, track & execute specialized projects.
• Regular reporting to managers, sales reps/expense advisors & directors.
• Perform any other duties assigned to support the sales operations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• 2–4 years of experience (Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills – including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis, with 2 years of experience working on data files (Preferred).
• Ability to identify issues and trends.
• Ability to multitask across various projects, tasks & cases.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in night-shift roles (Preferred).
