Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply Chain Management - Oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to final delivery. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery.
Data Analytics & Process Optimization - Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor KPIs, forecast demand, and identify trends. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data insights to enhance operational performance.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
Risk Management & Compliance - Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to global trade compliance standards and company policies.
Perform other task duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
8+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management within an international trading or manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar).
Excellent knowledge of global logistics, procurement processes, and inventory management systems.
Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
