Job Description
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Research vendors and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Update databases with order details.
- Conduct market research and negotiate vendor prices.
- Prepare cost analysis and maintain records of invoices and contracts.
- Follow up with suppliers and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure product quality.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience, preferably in retail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of retail financial processes and standard accounting practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
