Job Description

  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
  • Research vendors and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Update databases with order details.
  • Conduct market research and negotiate vendor prices.
  • Prepare cost analysis and maintain records of invoices and contracts.
  • Follow up with suppliers and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure product quality.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business-related course.
  • Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience, preferably in retail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of retail financial processes and standard accounting practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
