Working Hours:Shifting schedule within9:00 AM 9:00 PM Australian time, including weekends

Role Overview

The Procurement Specialistis responsible forsourcing products aligned with Flawless Aesthetics Clinics and Steps Allied Health, with a focus on suppliers in Hong Kong and South Korea.

This role ensures reliable supply, competitive pricing, and quality consistency whilemaintainingorganized supplier documentation and structured procurement workflows.

The position requires strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and disciplined vendor management.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 3 to 6 months, a successful Procurement Specialist will:

  • Identifyreliable suppliers aligned with product and brand standards.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
  • Reduce procurement delays and supply inconsistencies.
  • Provide structured cost comparisons to support leadership decisions.
  • Maintain organized supplier documentation and tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation

  • Source products aligned withFlawless Aesthetics Clinicsand Steps business requirements.
  • Identifyand evaluate suppliers in Hong Kong and South Korea.
  • Conduct price benchmarking and cost comparisons.
  • Assess supplier reliability, compliance, and delivery performance.

Negotiation & Vendor Management

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain organized supplier databases and documentation.
  • Track purchase orders, lead times, and order fulfillment.
  • Resolve supplier disputes or quality issues proactively.

Cost Control & Reporting

  • Prepare structured procurement reports and cost analyses.
  • Identifymargin-impacting trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Present cost comparison analysis with clear margin impact visibility.

Process & Documentation

  • Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and invoices.
  • Contribute to structured procurement workflows and documentation standards.
  • Support scalable sourcing systems as the business grows.

Schedule & Availability Requirements

  • Willingness to workshifting schedules within 9:00 AM 9:00 PM Australian time.
  • Availability to workweekends, based on roster.
  • Full attentiveness and responsiveness during assigned shifts.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and consistency are mandatory.

Remote Work Requirements

  • Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
  • Dedicated workspace suitable for supplier communication and negotiation.
  • Personal laptop or desktop capable of running procurement tracking tools, spreadsheets, and documentation systems.
  • Ability to coordinate with international suppliers across different time zones whenrequired.
  • Strong documentation, tracking, and reporting discipline.
  • Professional communication setup suitable for supplier calls and negotiations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+years experiencein procurement or sourcing roles.
  • Experience sourcing from Hong Kong and/or South Korea strongly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or consumer products is an advantage.
  • Commercially aware and highly organized.

Compensation & Engagement Terms

  • Monthly Contractor Fee:Competitive and market-aligned, based on experience and scope.
  • Independent contractor engagement; no statutory employee benefits unless expressly stated in the contract.
  • Performance-based incentives may be introduced based on accuracy, responsiveness, and reliability.
  • Long-term engagement intended for high-performing contractors.
