Job Description Summary

The procurement Specialist will support global procurement operations by managing sourcing activities, vendor relationships, and contract administration for Technology & Data Solutions (TDS) and Corporate Category Management (CM). This role ensures compliance, cost optimization, and process efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Job Description

About the role:

  • Support procurement activities including purchase orders, requisitions, invoice processing, and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, performance tracking, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist with contract administration, including preparation, renewals, and adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Participate in sourcing initiatives such as RFPs, bid analysis, and negotiations to achieve cost and service objectives.
  • Generate reports, track KPIs, and collaborate with global teams to improve procurement processes and tools.

About You

  • 25 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
  • Knowledge of contract administration and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work across global teams and adapt to different time zones
