What Youll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign suppliers
- Negotiate prices, quantities, delivery schedules, and contracts to secure the best deals
- Source pumps, motors, and related products, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards
- Facilitate supplier accreditation, evaluation, and performance monitoring
- Maintain and update supplier databases; find alternatives when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to support purchasing needs and improve sourcing processes
- Handle supplier-related issues, from inquiries to incident resolution
- Represent the procurement department in cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurementpreferably in the pumps and motors industry
- At least 3 years of work experience as Technical Buyer
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
